CANCELLATION POLICY

Late policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you anticipate running late, please send a text or call the massage therapist directly.. This will enable us to accommodate your appointment. However, please be aware that if you get ready late, your session may be shortened. Regardless, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
Cancellation & Reschedule policy.
We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. You may do so by contacting us at +64210758085 or email at pirommassage.qt@gmail.com.
In the event of a cancellation and reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% deposit will be retained.
If you don’t attend your appointment, we will follow the cancellation policy by taking your full deposit as a “no show” fee.
Request to shorten an appointment.
We understand that you may have a busy schedule, which will require a shortened appointment, we are happy to accommodate. Please note, that the full price of your originally booked appointment will still apply.
Gift Voucher cancellations.
When 24 hours’ notice or less is given to reschedule a massage session, the full value of the gift voucher will be considered void.
